Akbuk is situated on the west Aegean coast of Turkey. Located only about 50mins from Kusadasi, 45mins from Bodrum Airport and 1hr 20mins from Izmir which is the third largest city in Turkey. The peaceful and tranquil small town of Akbuk became a township in 1991 and lies between Bodrum and Didim. It boasts beautiful breathtaking views over the crystal clear water of the Aegean Sea and to the Bodrum Peninsula. The area is also covered with protected forests and olive trees, with the background scenery being immensely lush and green due to the tree covered mountains that cradle the Village and Bay.
